Job Summary: We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and strategic Product Developer to join our team. The Product Developer will be responsible for bringing product concepts to life—from ideation to launch—by collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and ensuring product quality and market fit.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with design, marketing, and sourcing teams to develop new products that align with brand strategy and customer needs. Translate product concepts and briefs into detailed specifications and prototypes. Source and evaluate raw materials, components, or suppliers as needed. Coordinate testing and validation of product prototypes for functionality, quality, and compliance. Manage timelines and ensure that key milestones are met throughout the product development lifecycle. Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor products to inform product improvements or innovation. Maintain accurate records of product specifications, revisions, and costings. Collaborate with manufacturing or production teams to ensure feasibility and scalability of products. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in product development or a related role (industry-specific experience preferred). Strong understanding of product lifecycle, from concept through launch. Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, CAD software, Excel, or other industry-specific tools. Passionate about innovation, user experience, and creating best-in-class products. Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with prototyping and rapid iteration. Global sourcing or vendor management experience.
