Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and organized
Assistant Project Manager (APM)
to support our
commercial and industrial concrete construction projects . This position plays a key role in coordinating project details, managing documentation, supporting field operations, and ensuring successful delivery of concrete scopes, including foundations, slabs, tilt-up, structural concrete, and site work.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Project Manager with planning, scheduling, and managing all phases of concrete construction projects
Coordinate with field superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, engineers, and clients
Maintain and track project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and daily reports
Assist in reviewing construction drawings, specifications, and contracts
Help manage budgets, cost tracking, and billing
Monitor project timelines and communicate updates to internal and external stakeholders
Support material procurement and delivery schedulingParticipate in site visits, progress meetings, and safety auditsMaintain project files and logs in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, or PlanGrid)Collaborate with field teams to ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherence Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent work experience)
2+ years of experience in commercial or industrial construction, preferably with concrete-specific work
Working knowledge of concrete construction practices, including flatwork, structural pours, and form systems
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and construction management tools
Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and documentsSelf-motivated and team-oriented with strong attention to detail
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites as needed
