Digitally native Apparel and Lifestyle Brand is looking for a Retail Sales & Operations Manager to oversee their stores across the U.S. This dynamic role will balance strategic oversight of multiple store locations ensuring alignment with brand values, operational standards, and exceptional customer experiences. What You’ll Do

Sales Leadership:

Meets & Exceeds Sales Plan & KPI metrics Develops communications strategies and action plans to maximize the financial performance of stores in the area of responsibility Educates team on scheduling and staffing models to maximize client experience while maintaining the proper payroll percentage Promotes extraordinary client experiences through leadership & training P&L management Assesses store morale, monitors, and acknowledges positive associate performance, and resolves and documents performance issues promptly Staffing And Associate Development:

Networks in industry to recruit and hire high quality management candidates Fills all levels of open positions within the area in an urgent and timely manner Ensures adequate staff is available to meet business needs Follows company criteria for properly hiring, reviewing, coaching and promoting Managers Administers company personnel programs including appropriate performance reviews, compensation and employment records Documents employee performance in a timely manner Creates enthusiasm and excitement within store to motivate high performance teams Operational Excellence:

Oversees stores payroll management by reviewing stores weekly schedules, salaries, and allowable hours Oversees stores controls, company assets, e.g., key control, loss prevention measures, inventory paperwork and company standards of conduct Strives for accuracy and compliance in cash, inventory, fixtures and property Store Standards:

Oversees execution of floor-sets and promotional directives; implements visual merchandising Supervises the overall cleanliness and organization of stores sales floor and backrooms Ensures stores appearance and atmosphere support and reinforce the brand image Understands, supports and complies with all company policies and procedures Merchandising/Visual:

Ensure execution of effective merchandising strategies and directives Ensure the selling floor is neat, clean, organized and reflects the correct visual image at all times Ensure presentation of all displays, fixtures and all visual areas are reflective of current visual direction Identify and communicate product concerns in a timely manner Communicate inventory needs to support the business goals Who You Are:

The ideal candidate must have at least 3-5 years of multi-location management within a premium lifestyle, apparel, or home goods brand, with experience managing remote teams and influencing without authority Successfully led store teams to exceed KPIs and financial targets through strong leadership, execution, and a customer-first mindset Leads with empathy and clarity, builds strong team cultures, improves performance through coaching, and develops managers into leaders Fluent in retail operations, staffing models, scheduling optimization, loss prevention, and visual merchandising; interprets data to make informed business decisions Comfortable with regular domestic travel and managing time across multiple time zones, store needs, and seasonal priorities Salary: $110,000-$120,000
