Our client is a fast-growing software company providing productivity SaaS solutions, and as a Business Development Manager, you will focus on generating new logo growth across strategic accounts in North America. You will partner closely with sales leadership to develop account strategies, drive pipeline creation, and engage senior decision-makers, playing a critical role in shaping the company’s go-to-market approach.

Responsibilities

Drive net-new pipeline through outbound outreach to a defined set of high-priority target accounts.

Research and map accounts, leveraging tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, and custom research to identify key contacts.

Book meetings and generate qualified opportunities through personalized outreach strategies.

Track and report outreach effectiveness, learning iteratively to refine targeting and engagement.

Pilot new outbound initiatives and contribute to optimizing sales plays across industries and personas.

Partner with sales leadership to align strategies with business objectives and market trends.

Build early-stage relationships that convert into long-term customer engagement.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in outbound SaaS business development, prospecting, or sales development roles.

Proven success in breaking into cold accounts and booking meetings with senior stakeholders.

Highly creative and resourceful in identifying new paths into target accounts.

Strong interest in GTM strategy and experience building a pipeline engine from the ground up.

Familiarity with common GTM tools (Salesforce.com, Outreach.io) and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined with follow-up and execution.

Willingness to work on-site in Denver at least 3 days per week.

Benefits

$120,000 - $140,000 OTE
