Manages projects fully on-site Coordinates internal teams Communicates effectively, establishes and fosters relationships with project managers, architects, engineers and subcontractors Does not just manages people but works with them Assist in hiring and mentoring new employees Ensure safety protocols are being adhered to on the job site Profile
At least 10+ years of experience Experience in the superintendent role Experience in at least one Data Center Mission Critical Ground up work experience needed Work with projects over $25 Million Good with technology Leadership Job Offer
