Coordinate subcontractors and oversee work progress to meet project specifications
Enforce safety protocols and compliance with regulations throughout the construction process
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address concerns and provide updates
Monitor budgets and resources to prevent delays or cost overruns
Profile
Proven experience managing retail and automotive commercial construction projects with a strong track record
Excellent leadership skills to effectively oversee teams and subcontractors on-site
Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations and quality standards
Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities to handle project challenges
Effective communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and provide clear updates
Open to nationwide travel
