Joyce University is seeking a Simulation Technology Specialist to support and maintain the advanced tools and systems in our Joyce Johnson Center of Simulation (JJC). What You’ll Be Doing As the Simulation Technology Specialist, you will be the key technical expert responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of simulation‑based learning. In this role, you will :
Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot high‑fidelity manikins, task trainers, VR equipment, AV systems, and other simulation technology.
Perform software updates, coordinate equipment repairs, and track maintenance schedules.
Serve as a liaison with vendors, IT partners, and simulation team members.
Provide training and support to faculty and staff using simulation and lab technology.
Assist with new equipment installation, budget planning, and technology procurement.

What You Bring
A bachelor’s degree in a technology‑related field.
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and AV systems.
Excellent troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non‑technical users.
Experience in healthcare or simulation‑based education is a plus.
