The Design Engineer (EIT) is responsible for the design and production of construction plans, technical calculations, reports, and permit documentation for Hillpointe\'s multi-family development projects in Georgia, Florida, and the Southeast. Responsibilities
Coordinating with multiple stakeholders Performing hydrologic analyses Contributing to the continuous improvement of the engineering team Develop tree management/landscaping plans, site grading plans, earthwork calculations, erosion and sedimentation control plans, and utility plans, including water and sanitary sewer design Qualifications
Bachelor\'s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field Three years of proven work experience Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Hydraflow (or equivalent), Microsoft Office, Bluebeam Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills A willingness to learn and work independently Current EIT, or ability to obtain within 1 year of employment Note
