$130,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr This range is provided by Daksta | Connecting Mission Critical Talent. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple electrical construction projects with a focus on data center construction and mission-critical environments. Collaborate with electrical contractors and internal stakeholders across various project phases, from scope definition to project completion. Plan, schedule, and coordinate electrical projects, ensuring they meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Work closely with clients and their technical teams to design and deliver targeted, effective solutions to support data centers and mission-critical facilities. Regularly monitor project progress, manage budgets, oversee quality control, and identify and mitigate risks. Manage subcontractor relationships, ensuring efficient delivery, safety compliance, and seamless communication. Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, reports (progress, financials, etc.), contracts, and as-built drawings. Act as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, maintaining strong and positive relationships throughout the project lifecycle. Drive continuous improvement practices by staying up-to-date on the latest changes in construction standards, project management tools, and electrical contracting technologies. A Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager, with a focus on mission-critical or data center construction projects. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, designs, and construction methods. Proficiency working with electrical contractors and managing subcontractors. Expertise in managing project budgets, schedules, contracts, and risk assessments. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities effectively. A commitment to safety, quality, and regulatory compliance in all aspects of electrical construction. Preferred
Experience using project management tools (e.g., Procore, MS Project, etc.) and relevant software for design and engineering. Industry certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or LEED AP are a plus. Previous experience working on large-scale data center construction projects. Personal attributes
