Electrical Project Manager

Base pay range
$200,000.00/yr - $250,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage electrical construction activities on data center projects from preconstruction through project closeout. Review and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and submittals to ensure compliance with project requirements. Coordinate with general contractors, engineers, owners, and subcontractors to maintain project schedules and resolve issues. Oversee procurement of electrical materials and equipment; ensure timely delivery and adherence to specifications. Manage project budgets, cost tracking, change orders, and forecasting for electrical scopes. Ensure compliance with safety standards, electrical codes, and company quality control procedures. Provide leadership to project teams, including subcontractors and field staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, verify installation quality, and mitigate risks. Prepare and deliver progress reports, schedules, and updates for stakeholders. Support commissioning and turnover processes for electrical systems in data center environments. Qualifications
7+ years of experience managing electrical construction projects. Experience managing data center or mission-critical facilities projects is a plus. Strong knowledge of data center electrical systems, including UPS, switchgear, generators, grounding, and power distribution. Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor relationships. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Proficiency in project management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite. OSHA certification and/or other safety training preferred. PMP or equivalent certification is a plus. Work truck provided. Lodging and per diem included. Bonus- project/safety bonus offered. Employment and Benefits
