The Continuous Improvement Engineer will lead and support initiatives that drive operational excellence across our processes. Analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies. Key Responsibilities
Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen. Analyze current processes, identify improvement opportunities, and develop actionable strategies. Facilitate workshops, value stream mapping, root cause analysis, and process standardization. Measure production and identify improvement areas (time studies, etc.). Manage capital expenditure processes and support operational improvements. Execute projects from initiation through completion, including planning, resources, risk, and stakeholder communication. Oversee Management of Change processes to evaluate, approve, and communicate modifications. Develop, revise, and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation. Track and report key performance indicators to sustain improvement. Mentor and train operators on CI tools and techniques. Collaborate with engineering, quality, supply chain, and leadership teams to implement and sustain improvements. Document processes, changes, and outcomes for knowledge sharing and audit readiness. Stay current on industry best practices and CI trends to recommend innovative solutions. Essential Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field. 2–5 years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Process Engineering, or Operational Excellence. Solid knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher preferred), and other CI methodologies. Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and project management skills. Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Minitab, etc.). Proficiency with CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) for process layout, equipment design, or facility planning. Employment Details
