As the Integration Engineering Manager, you will provide first line leadership to a team of engineers tasked with supporting Hypersonic Strike Weapon Systems production operations in Courtland, Alabama. Duties will include: Drive coordination and communication across multiple organizations to include Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, ESH, Design Engineering, and Production Operations to ensure your Integration Engineering team understand work priorities and is equipped to provide the necessary support Build strong relationship between the Integration Engineering team and the Design Engineering team. Identify and pursue opportunities for on the job training to build more robust Certified Principal Engineers (CPEs) delegations Leverage the team to identify and lead manufacturability improvements as required. Lead other various initiatives to improve the overall efficiency of the Integration Engineering team and the operations they support Manage shift schedules for your team and maintain close awareness of production operation schedules to ensure the right engineering support is always present for support Support daily meetings and report status and priorities back to your team which will span multiple shifts Maintain tight communication with the your peer leaders in adjacent organizations to ensure full alignment Desired skills Experience with design and manufacturing of complex missile systems Experience leading a team of engineers that are distributed across multiple shifts Experience working in a fast-paced environment and keeping multiple top priorities moving forward Understanding of Lockheed Martin drafting standards and materials and process specifications (MAP, LAC, EPS, LM, etc.) Design for manufacturability (DFM) experience EEO Lockheed Martin is an equal opportunity employer. National Pay Statement The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $122,900 - $216,660. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
