Civil Engineer - Land Development

Responsibilities
Design a wide variety of private development projects such as single-family or multi-family housing subdivisions, commercial real estate development projects, and industrial parks, under the direction of a licensed Civil Engineer. Assist in managing project budgets, building client relationships, quality control of Land Development projects, and overall project management. Possibly manage and mentor Engineers-In-Training and CAD Production staff. Primarily provide office-based work. Minimum Qualifications
3-5 years post-licensure experience in civil engineering and project management. B.S. in Civil Engineering or related field preferred. Licensed Civil Engineer. Strong written and oral communication skills; experience in plan preparation and engineering design. Experience using AutoCAD (version 2019 or higher, Civil 3D preferred). Experience with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel). Compensation
Base pay range: $90,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr. Salary determined by candidate’s skill and experience; benefits include full employee health coverage, 401(k) contribution, and performance bonuses. The expected pay range is $90,000 to $130,000 annual salary. About 4Creeks
