Engineering in Training (EIT) - Land Development role at 4Creeks, Inc. Location options: Visalia, Tulare, or Hanford. Responsibilities

Work under the direction of a Project Engineer or Manager on the Land Development team. Responsibilities include preparing calculations, assisting with technical reports, technical exhibits, and construction plans. Draft topographic surveys, perform spreadsheet calculations, write technical specifications, conduct site visits, and document site conditions for typical civil engineering projects. This position will primarily entail office work. Qualifications

B.S. in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience. Engineer-In-Training Certificate. Experience using AutoCAD (version 2009 or higher; Civil 3D preferred). Experience with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) is required. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Compensation

The base pay range is $32.00/hr - $44.00/hr. Actual pay will be based on skills and experience. Benefits include full employee health coverage (50% coverage for dependents), company 401(k) contribution, participation in the Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP), and performance bonuses.
