CNC Machining Applications & Programming Engineer – Salem, OR
Diedre Moire Corporation, Inc. seeks an experienced engineer to review customer requirements, develop process solutions, program CNC equipment, and support commissioning for turning, milling, boring, drilling, and EDM applications.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with sales team and customer engineers to develop new manufacturing processes.
Recommend or design turnkey solutions for machine tools and tooling accessories according to customer needs.
Program diverse machines and controller types to meet customer specifications.
Support machine installation, setup, and commissioning.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience: 2-5 years of experience in machining applications, programming, and CNC machining.
Technical skills: Proficiency in turning, milling, boring, drilling, and EDM programming; strong knowledge of machine tools and tooling accessories.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
