Are you a hands-on problem solver who loves working with complex machinery? We’re looking for a Field Service Engineer to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial production equipment for clients across multiple industries.
Location:
North Royalton, OH. Must be comfortable with heavy travel. Salary:
Up to $90K base + overtime + monthly car allowance Benefits:

Experience with PLCs, ladder logic, hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial electronics Hands-on experience with integrated production machinery, not just stand-alone machines Ability to travel 60-75% of the time Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset Associate degree or technical certification in electrical, mechanical, or applied sciences preferred (experience counts too) What you’ll do
Install, repair, and maintain industrial machinery in the field Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Read PLC programs and ladder logic to diagnose machine issues Train and support customers on proper machine operation Collaborate with engineers to resolve complex production challenges Why this role is great
