About The Role We’re looking for a QA Engineer who’s passionate about ensuring our products work seamlessly for customers and patients. You’ll design and execute test plans, identify issues before they reach production, and help us build a culture of quality across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys digging into details, collaborating across teams, and driving continuous improvement in product reliability.
What You’ll Do
Validate new features and platform changes to ensure they perform as intended
Develop and maintain comprehensive test cases and documentation using common testing syntax (e.g., Gherkin)
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and client-facing teams to understand feature context and risks
Investigate support tickets and bug reports, reproducing and documenting findings
Use live environment monitoring tools to proactively identify and document issues
Contribute to release documentation and facilitate communication of changes to stakeholders
Continuously refine testing processes and advocate for quality throughout the product lifecycle
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience in software testing
Strong ability to design and execute manual test cases; exposure to automation frameworks is a plus
Experience with QA management tools (e.g., Jira, Zephyr, TestRail)
Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines (Azure DevOps preferred)
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Experience working in regulated environments (HIPAA, SOC-II, HITRUST) is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
Estimated salary range : $70,000 - $110,000, depending on skills and experience
