Overview
We are seeking a Structural Designer to support structural design activities from concept through construction. This role involves close collaboration with engineering leads and other discipline teams to deliver high-quality structural design packages using tools such as AVEVA (E3D) and AutoCAD. Job Description Responsibilities
Develop structural design drawing packages using AVEVA (E3D), AutoCAD, and other tools. Collaborate closely with the Lead Structural Engineer and other team disciplines. Ensure designs comply with industry codes, regulations, and internal design standards. Assist in maintaining and updating structural design standards and documentation. Prioritize and execute work within defined scopes, schedules, and budgets. Prepare AutoCAD drawings based on input and files provided by the engineering team. Generate plans and detail drawings from sketches and redline markups. Support the enhancement of CAD and AVEVA (E3D) standards. Coordinate and maintain project models using MS Office, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and AVEVA (E3D). Skills Required
Minimum of 10 years of relevant structural drafting and design experience. Proficient in AutoCAD, AVEVA (E3D), and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong communication skills—both written and verbal. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Pay and Benefits
Base pay range $40.00/hr - $60.00/hr Additional information
