What You Will Be Doing: Join Lockheed Martin’s digital transformation journey as we accelerate Mission-Driven Transformation through the 1LMX program. Through this strategic initiative we are leveraging systems engineering principles and a model-based approach to reshape our operations, business processes, and enterprise systems to better serve our customers in terms of cost, quality, and capabilities, while delivering speed, agility, and insights across a robust digital landscape. The Sustainment Transformation team is seeking a highly skilled System Engineering candidate with an interest in learning new technologies to support the Model Based Sustainment Agile Team. The position involves working in a dynamic environment documenting system requirement and supporting the full system development lifecycle (design, build, integration, test, user buy-off, and training). You will develop and maintain complex system models using various modeling tools, languages and frameworks like SysML and UAF; and will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate system models. Specific responsibilities of this role include: The ideal candidate will have a background modeling in Cameo Work in a MBSE modeling environment to ensure accurate system representations and behavior. Develop model-based Systems Engineering (MBSE) models using Cameo that includes development of Use Cases, activity diagrams, and sequence diagrams Develop system model management approaches and concepts as well as implementing model analysis and execution Develop systems flows and architectures to execute validations and simulations. Developing or utilizing systems models or simulations to perform analysis functions, such as System trade studies, Requirements decomposition and allocation, System design and Performance predictions Developed guides and training material for incoming programs and modelers. Participate in Product Testing Support agile user story creation. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in an engineering discipline or related technical skills and experience Experience with MBSE tools and processes Self-driven, curious, and committed to outperform Understanding of systems engineering principles Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance Desired Skills: Proficiency in SysML and UAF modeling languages, Cameo and other MBSE related tools and skills Digital Transformation Experience Experience with design specifications and requirements Familiarity with agile software development methodologies, processes, and tools Demonstrated behaviors of a systems problem solver; selects and applies appropriate systems thinking skills to solve very complex problems and implement constructive change Demonstrated ability to report issues and provide status through clear written and verbal communication Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks and to deliver products on schedule Security Clearance Statement:

Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process. Work Schedules:

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Schedule for this Position:
