Tier III Support Engineer
to join our team. If you’re an experienced MSP pro who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, mentoring others, and working across a wide range of technologies, this is the role for you. What You’ll Do Act as the senior escalation point for tough client issues. Design, support, and troubleshoot Microsoft environments (Server, M365, AD, Azure AD). Work with virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, Citrix). Configure and secure networks (VLANs, firewalls, VPNs). Manage backups and recovery (Veeam, DR solutions). Collaborate with a tight-knit team and deliver top-notch client service. What You Bring 5+ years of IT experience, preferably in an MSP. Strong knowledge of Microsoft, networking, and virtualization. Experience with scripting/automation (PowerShell a plus). Excellent troubleshooting and client communication skills. Why You’ll Love It Here Salary $100,000-$120,000 + performance incentives.
