Jackson, MS; Menasha, WI; Atlanta, GA; Nashville, TN; Phoenix, AZ; Kansas City, KS.
Work Schedule Typically between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday – Friday, with flexibility based on business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and staff electrical/automation/MES projects, ensuring safety, profitability, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Identify and generate new business, maintain customer relationships.
Foster a positive company culture and employee relations.
Coordinate with Purchasing and vendors.
Attend various project meetings.
Conduct employee performance reviews and coaching.
Partner with HR on recruiting and employee relations.
Review estimates for accuracy.
Visit jobsites to monitor progress and safety.
