Key Responsibilities
Lead and support our sales staff in all phases of the client experience
Ensure adherence to the A-Z sales process, supporting our single-point-of-contact model
Oversee and integrate F&I operations seamlessly into the sales journey
Set performance standards and coach team members toward excellence
Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor, assisting in client interactions as needed
Foster a culture of accountability, enthusiasm, and continuous learning
Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years in automotive sales management, with F&I experience strongly preferred
Exceptional communication, coaching, and follow-up skills
Ability to build rapport with clients and team members alike
Passion for cars, technology, and providing a truly premium experience
