Responsibilities
Guide customers through the full vehicle purchasing process by helping them find the perfect Subaru to meet their lifestyle and needs
Negotiate and close sales while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
Build lasting relationships through exceptional communication and follow-up
Collaborate with the sales team and management to meet and exceed dealership sales goals
Stay knowledgeable about Subaru products, features, financing options, and market trends
Maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer information, and follow-ups
Work in a fast-paced, high-energy, family-oriented environment that values teamwork and customer focus
Schedule Full time, 8AM to 5PM or 11AM to 8PM

Qualifications
2+ years of automotive sales experience preferred
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong work ethic with a self-motivated and ambitious mindset
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment
Valid driver’s license
Corporate Hiring Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
