Base pay range $75,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

Details Serra Chevrolet Buick GMC is seeking ONE EXPERIENCED GM DIESEL TECHNICIAN to join our team! This is YOUR opportunity to make a final career move, as most of our team are long-time employees and will enjoy retiring from out store.

ZERO mandatory SATURDAYS for line technicians.

GM Technician Excellence Program, which offers a $250 - $1,500 training bonus per calendar quarter with a DEALER MATCH OF 100%, making the potential quarterly payout $500 - $3,000 for qualified GM-trained techs.

Albert M. Serra Scholarship Program - awarding $1,000 annual scholarships (up to 5 years) for ALL qualifying dependent children of qualifying Serra associates to help pay for books, tuition, and/or room and board for post-secondary education

Responsibilities

Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing DIESEL vehicle automotive systems to ensure customer satisfaction

Communicating directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed.

Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs

Qualifications

Good work history with at least three years of experience preferred

GM Certification

High School diploma or equivalent (Preferred)

Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

The desire to be the best
