As a member of the Engineering team, the Industrial Engineer will organize engineering and management objectives for launch readiness, labor optimization, and production responsiveness. The Role:

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Design production and warehousing processes. Maintain plant layouts in CAD. Lead process improvement activities with cross-functional teams. Develop and maintain standard minutes using Maynard Operation Sequence Technique (MOST) for production and material handling processes. Develop and maintain process flow diagrams and PFMEA's for production processes. Assist with optimization of manual, electric, and pneumatic hand tools. Prepare and maintain Standard Work Instruction (SWI) sheets. Initiate and lead continuous improvement projects. Analyze data to optimize processes and KPI performance. Assist associates, team leaders, and process technicians in troubleshooting manufacturing issues. Support ergonomic evaluations and equipment improvements. Perform other duties as necessary. Your Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or related field. 1-2 years of experience as a Manufacturing or Industrial Engineer. Experience with CAD, time studies, value stream mapping, and PFMEA. Understanding of modular bill of materials. Proactive with minimal guidance, good communication, strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred Knowledge/Experience:

Knowledge of ISO 14001, OSHA, IATF 16949 standards. Experience with AS400 and/or SAP ERP systems. Experience with manual assembly manufacturing. Familiarity with Lean methodologies and quality tools.
