This full-time operational role involves working at a single manufacturing plant with quarterly travel across North America, combining classroom learning, hands-on experience, and networking opportunities. Providing engineering support for process improvements Supporting capital projects and new equipment installations Implementing automation processes Analyzing manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality improvements Candidate Profile
B.S. in Automation or related engineering discipline Internship or professional experience in manufacturing is a plus Willingness to travel and work in diverse locations Strong teamwork and communication skills Additional Details
This program starts each July and lasts 18 months. Upon completion, most graduates select from multiple final placement opportunities within Saint-Gobain's extensive network. The role offers a total compensation range of $70,000 to $108,000 annually, with potential bonuses.
