The Maintenance Associate helps shape a member’s experience by keeping the property clean and welcoming. You are responsible for maintaining a well-kept parking lot, clean restrooms, and clean floors. This role involves being on your feet and active throughout your shift, with a positive attitude to ensure a great member experience. What you'll do
Maintain safety of the facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including safety sweeps, proper forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposal of hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations to management. Clean all areas of the facility (floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) following company procedures and using approved chemicals, supplies, tools, and equipment. Ensure a safe and clean environment for Members and Associates by performing maintenance as necessary, responding to spills, operating floor scrubbers, and disposing of cardboard, plastic, and trash per the Environmental Sustainability Program. Maintain appropriate levels of company-approved chemicals and supplies, rotate and store chemicals in proper containers, and place orders to replenish supplies when low. Benefits
