Base Salary: $78,000 to $94,000 based on experience, skills, tenure, and geography Bonus: Attainable monthly/quarterly bonus opportunity ($35,000+ in your first three years - we’ll show you how during the first interview)! Hybrid Role: Combination of in-person supervision support (in-home, school, and/or center-based) and telehealth, with remote flexibility of up to 50% of your in-home cases Guiding Newly Certified: Clinical Mentorship Development Program for Aspiring BCBAs and newly certified BCBAs with hands-on guidance, mentorship from experienced BCBAs, shadowing opportunities, and a clear path to strengthen clinical skills Salary vs. Hourly: Full-time salary with predictable pay and a manageable caseload to focus on delivering quality care Initial Onboarding Support: 60+ hours of comprehensive training during the first 3-4 weeks including clinical best practices, Central Reach, goal writing, clinical problem solving, CPT codes, telehealth assessments, with weekly office hours or 1:1 support Education and Mentorship: Monthly CEUs, annual in-house conference, and opportunities to lead sponsored research initiatives Benefits Highlights: 23 days off annually between holidays (including 1 floating holiday and 15 days of PTO accruing from Day 1) Flexible Schedule: Options to work from home with Mon-Fri flexibility up to 6pm most nights; 1-2 evenings per week until 8:30pm; no Saturday work unless chosen for make-up sessions Our Promise: Employment with at-will status; no contracts or non-compete agreements Why Choose Us?

Lead by example and support Behavior Technicians through supervision to ensure treatment plan fidelity Drive positive change by conducting FBAs and developing ABA programs, evaluating client needs, providing parent education, and problem solving Remain calm and professional in challenging situations, adapt to change, and seek continuous growth Lead with initiative and openness; communicate proactively and foster collaboration What We’re Looking For
Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with the BACB Active LBA Certification in the state of New York (as issued by NYSED, Office of the Professions) Criminal background check, TB test, and Pre-employment Physical Exam (paid by us) Autism Learning Partners supports a diverse workforce and is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
