Full Earning Potential: $82,000 to $110,000 based on experience, skills, tenure, and geography Bonus: Attainable monthly/quarterly bonus opportunity ($35,000+ in your first three years) Hybrid Role: 50% supervision in-person support and 50% telehealth Initial Onboarding Support: 60+ hours of comprehensive training during the first 3-4 weeks of integration including topics such as clinical best practices, using Central Reach, goal writing, clinical problem solving, CPT codes, telehealth assessments; weekly office hours or 1:1 support as needed Education and Mentorship: Monthly CEUs, annual in-house conference, opportunities to lead sponsored research initiatives Benefits Highlights: 23 days off annually between holidays including 1 floating holiday and 15 days of PTO that accrues from Day 1 Flexible Schedule: Work from home opportunities with Mon-Fri mornings/afternoons up to 6pm most nights; some evenings until 8:30pm; no Saturday work unless you schedule make-up sessions Employment Terms: Fully at-will employment; no contracts or non-compete agreements Why Choose Us

Lead by example and supervise Behavior Technicians to ensure treatment plan fidelity Drive Positive Change: conduct FBAs and develop ABA programs; evaluate client needs, provide parent education, and problem-solve Stay calm and professional in challenging situations; adapt to change and seek growth opportunities Communicate proactively and foster a safe environment for collaboration and knowledge sharing What We’re Looking For
Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Active LBA Certification in Rhode Island as issued by the State of Rhode Island Department of Health Criminal background check, TB test, and Pre-employment Physical Exam required (paid by us) Autism Learning Partners supports a diverse workforce and is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
