Description Are you a passionate and enthusiastic Customer Success Manager with extensive experience managing customers in the SaaS industry? Are you looking for your next challenge in an emerging and exciting market? Do you have experience working with medium to large customers across the Americas? If yes, then we want to hear from you!

The Impact You Will Have You will join our global Revenue team, champion the value of Elliptic, and help uncover and develop new commercial opportunities within our existing customer base. As a

Customer Success Manager , you will be responsible for managing a nominated list of customers in the Americas region, ensuring their success using Elliptic blockchain analytics solutions, and growing the accounts. Your main goal will be achieving a net account retention rate and upsell targets.

You will also lead onboarding and training to enhance customer experience and satisfaction. This role offers a unique opportunity to make an impact in an emerging technology sector. Working at Elliptic is dynamic and engaging!

Key Responsibilities

Onboard new customers, ensuring long-term success and partnership.

Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver excellent customer experience.

Develop and maintain Success plans to achieve adoption, retention, advocacy, and upsell goals.

Partner with Account Executives to identify and deliver value growth.

Lead sales processes for upsell opportunities, including pitches, demos, and negotiations.

Drive high NDR and GDR on your portfolio.

Provide feedback to contribute to the product roadmap.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

Experience in Account Management with a focus on SaaS solutions, especially in Financial Services.

Experience working with customers across the Americas.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.

Ability to handle difficult client relationships and showcase value.

Collaborative mindset and problem-solving skills.

Our Ideal Candidate

3-5 years of Customer Success or Account Management experience.

Proven success in building advocacy, retention, and new business.

Ability to work in a matrix organization with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Interest in digital assets and the crypto economy.

Bonus Points

Knowledge in AML for crypto, blockchain/Web3 industry experience, French language skills, and public speaking interest.
