Own post-sales success, ensuring adoption and value realization for enterprise clients Build strong relationships with key stakeholders as a trusted advisor Partner with internal teams to identify growth and renewal opportunities Lead Executive Business Reviews and other strategic touchpoints Represent the customer voice internally to improve experience and outcomes What You'll Bring

5+ years' experience in Customer Success or similar client-facing roles in enterprise software (preferably cybersecurity or infrastructure) Strong technical understanding of cloud, networking, and security environments Track record of managing enterprise accounts and driving adoption Excellent communication skills in English and German Willingness to travel (up to 50%) Additional Details
