Project Manager

to join our Alaska operations. This is an opportunity to lead complex, high-value projects while working with a collaborative team that values safety, quality, and client satisfaction. Compensation:

The starting range is $150,000 DOE, with bonus potential as well! What You’ll Do

Lead project teams in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards Build and maintain strong relationships with project owners, architects, subcontractors, and vendors Oversee project schedules, sequencing, budgets, and cost control measures Review, negotiate, and manage owner contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders Supervise and mentor superintendents, project engineers, and administrative staff Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies across all job sites What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil/Architectural Engineering, or related field; OR equivalent 10+ years of progressive construction management experience Proven experience managing $10M–$50M+ projects, preferably in government, commercial, multi-family, or hospitality sectors Prior experience working in Alaska construction environments (strongly preferred) Knowledge of construction means, methods, drawings, and specifications, including self-perform work scopes (concrete, framing, civil, finishes) Familiarity with USACE, USCG, USAF, GSA, and Alaska state/city contracting (preferred) Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software (P6 preferred; USACE RMS a plus) Valid driver’s license and current First Aid/CPR certification Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders What We Offer
