We are seeking a Senior Manager of Corporate Partnership Sales who will be responsible for generating new business opportunities with brands looking to leverage the passion of the AMB Sports + Entertainment audience. This role interfaces with senior executives and agencies and requires creative thinking about applying our assets to close deals. This is a full-time role located at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in downtown Atlanta. Roles And Responsibilities
Research and identify potential corporate partners who align with our brand and values. Lead negotiations with potential partners, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements are reached. Proactively identify and close opportunities with new partners to achieve annual revenue targets. Develop customized solutions-based packages using inventory controlled by the organization to generate new revenue and meet clients' needs. Deliver compelling presentations with passion and enthusiasm that will motivate and inspire partners. Identify new ways of generating incremental revenue/minimizing expenses for the organization. Work with the Activation of your accounts to continue to build and maintain strong decision-maker-level relationships. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth. Attend games and other events to entertain clients and build corporate relationships. Qualifications And Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. 6+ years of sponsorship sales experience, including Logos/Marks Usage, Stadium Signage, Digital Advertising, Retail Promotions, Hospitality, Community Relations/Special Events, and Radio Advertising. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Exceptional ability to build and maintain client relationships. Required Skills
Self-motivated with high energy sales drive. Proven track record of closing business by building quality client relationships. Creativity to structure mutually beneficial deals. Excellent, proven cold call skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize goals. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Ability to work some evenings and weekends based on business needs. Additional Details
