— Temporary (up to six months) assignment. Hours may vary depending on coverage needs and may include full-time hours. We are seeking a compassionate, organized individual who loves working with seniors to support wellness and ensure residents enjoy an atmosphere that values individuality and dignity. This role supports residents within the community and collaborates with the General Manager and Seattle accounting office. We are a family-owned company with a 30-year commitment to our team members and residents. Responsibilities

Bookkeeping and accounting for the community, with policies and procedures in place and support from the Seattle accounting department. Manage key accounting functions: adherence to financial policies, month-end close, proper coding of purchases, and timely entry of invoices and payables. Ensure accounts payable and Visa transactions are coded correctly and paid on time; identify, resolve, or escalate accounting issues as needed. Set up and manage resident accounts and billing information per company policies; assist the GM with resident accounting deliverables and timely collection of receivables. Process and record all resident payments in the accounting system. Payroll and human resources: support recruitment and onboarding, ensure training is completed and documented, maintain employee data in UltiPro, and track training expiration dates. Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing compliant with wage and hour laws and company policies; process leaves and resolve related issues; liaison for benefits and open enrollment with the Seattle office. Operations support: create and run month-end reports, manage monthly rental increases, respond to ad hoc information requests, act as on-site liaison to IT for rollouts and scheduling, and support process improvements and staff/committee meetings. Other duties as assigned to support the GM and department heads. Qualifications

2 years of college required; associate degree in Accounting or Business preferred, plus a minimum of 4 years’ experience in an office manager or similar role with bookkeeping/accounting experience (accounts receivable, accounts payable, revenue, payroll). Or, 6 years of office management and bookkeeping/accounting experience in lieu of college. Knowledge of general human resources practices; experience in the senior living industry is a plus.
