Global Sourcing Innovation Manager Join our team at Fiskars Group – a unified, design‑driven organization dedicated to pioneering everyday extraordinary products. This role offers you the chance to shape sustainable sourcing strategies for our business areas of gardening, creative, and outdoor categories.

Location options: Espoo, Finland; Middleton, Wisconsin, USA; and Portland, Oregon, USA. Hybrid working model. Reports directly to the VP Global Sourcing for Business Area Fiskars.

What You’ll Do

Partner with internal teams to shape sourcing strategies for complex existing categories or new, non‑core categories.

Explore and evaluate global suppliers with a focus on innovation and adaptability.

Co‑develop sourcing plans aligned with product development goals.

Participate in trade fairs, industry events, and supplier networking to discover new opportunities.

Support supplier onboarding and contribute to early‑stage contract discussions.

Collaborate with quality and sustainability teams to ensure supplier standards.

Share insights and updates with stakeholders through clear communication and reporting.

Contribute actively to strategic sourcing forums and innovation discussions.

Who You Are

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, business, or related field (MBA preferred).

5–7 years of experience in sourcing, supply chain, or supplier development.

Strong research and analytical skills with a global sourcing mindset.

Experience working with product development and creative supplier networks.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Fluent in English; Spanish or Chinese is a plus.

Comfortable working in a matrixed, international organization.

Willingness to travel and engage with global supplier networks.
