Senior Growth Solutions Strategy Manager
Cetera Financial Group – The Advisor Productivity and Efficiency Team is seeking an experienced and talented professional to support and own the overall product strategy of Growth, Business Coaching and Consulting, Education & Training Solutions. What You Will Do
Collaborate with the senior program manager to execute the Growth360 go-to-market strategy, including measuring success metrics and reporting out to various business stakeholders and leadership. Develop, align with Cetera business goals, and implement Advisor Productivity and Efficiency Team strategies for new initiatives across Business Coaching and Consulting, Growth360, and Education & Training. Partner with Cetera business heads and growth teams to identify Growth360 and education solutions to help establish new growth initiatives and drive their business goals. Work closely with sales teams to inform and drive sales roadmaps for Growth360 and other Advisor Productivity and Efficiency Team solutions, ensuring alignment between sales priorities and solution delivery. Oversee and execute multiple administrative functions to manage Growth360 software performance and stakeholder value, including:
CRM and user data management (e.g., Salesforce updates, adoption tracking, performance reporting) User onboarding/offboarding and access control Maintenance of reporting dashboards and analytics tools Creation and updates to training materials, FAQs, and user documentation Tracking and prioritizing enhancement requests, bug reports, and stakeholder feedback
Partner with internal tools, enablement teams, and field leaders to drive greater adoption of Growth360, ensuring consistent usage, measurable business impact, and alignment with strategic growth objectives. Work closely with Cetera-wide growth facilitation (Growth Officers, Advisory Business Consultants, Relationship Managers, etc.) and internal operational team members to resolve program issues and streamline adoption of Advisor Productivity and Efficiency Team services through the implementation of required process improvements. Partner with Business Coaches and Consultants to drive set consulting offerings, including measuring success metrics and reporting out to the business. Business ownership and oversight of solution requirements to ensure that all parties, engaged in any teamwide efforts, timely and effectively execute required deliverables. Build out and oversee growth solutions continuous improvement processes. Supporting Objectives
Build and oversee continuous improvement processes for all growth solutions, ensuring they evolve with business needs and user feedback. Manage relationships with third-party program vendors to ensure seamless integration and optimal value delivery. Coordinate cross-functional efforts affecting business-as-usual (BAU) program enhancements and project-based improvements. Establish and maintain standard operating procedures for new program implementation, administration, and performance management. Manage minor in-house program improvements when PMO support is not engaged. Ensure full transparency and proactive communication with all key stakeholders throughout program improvement and implementation efforts. Identify program gaps and bring forward actionable, data-driven solutions to help internal teams and affiliated financial professionals succeed. Collaborate with sales, enablement, and operational teams to align adoption strategies and training resources with sales roadmaps and business objectives. What You Need To Have
7–10 years of experience developing and/or implementing products/programs/solutions within a corporate environment (product developer, product owner, program manager, business owner, project manager, business analyst, etc.). Working knowledge of the financial services industry with particular interest and understanding of the advisor-intermediated wealth management industry preferred. Demonstrated leadership skills, with an ability to lead internal and external resources. Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build relationships and engage productively with all levels of the organization. Demonstrated analytic and strategic planning skills. Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver high-impact presentations. Results-driven and detail-oriented individual. Outstanding written and oral communications skills. Demonstrated professionalism and polish with the ability to productively influence key decision makers. Demonstrated ability to manage changing requirements and short timelines.
