We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Junior Program Manager to support the development and execution of a software platform that empowers financial advisors to drive organic business growth. This platform integrates
business planning ,
data diagnostics , and
advisor best practices to connect the right advisor with the right team and tools at the right time. As a Junior Program Manager, you will work cross-functionally with product, data teams, marketing, and regional advisor growth teams to ensure timely delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement of the platform. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a high-impact initiative that transforms how financial advisors scale their practices. This is a hybrid role, 1-2 days a week in the office.
Candidates must be located near one of our offices: Currently we are targeting the (Dallas, TX) area as the primary office location, but open to applicants applying in the El Segundo, CA | San Diego, CA | St Paul, MN | St Cloud, MN & Des Moines, IA areas. What you will be doing: Assist in managing the end-to-end lifecycle of the advisor growth platform, from planning to execution and post-launch optimization. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables. Support the development and refinement of business planning tools, data diagnostics dashboards, and best practice libraries. Monitor program performance using KPIs and user feedback to identify areas for improvement. Help maintain project documentation, timelines, and status reports. Facilitate communication between stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability. Participate in user research and feedback sessions to understand advisor needs and pain points. Contribute to the creation of training materials and onboarding resources for internal teams and end users. What you will need to have: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. 1–2 years of experience in program or project management, preferably in a SaaS or fintech environment. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello). Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Analytical mindset with a passion for solving problems and improving user experiences. Interest in financial services and advisor enablement is a plus. What would be nice to have: Experience working with data analytics tools or platforms. Understanding of CRM systems and advisor workflows and automations. Exposure to user experience (UX) design principles. Travel Requirements:
Up to (5%) Compensation:
The salary range for this role is $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 , plus a competitive performance-based bonus. Compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific office location.
