Train and mentor team members on safe, efficient practices. Coordinate work across the press brake area, troubleshoot mechanical issues to reduce downtime, and verify part quality. Collaborate with production leadership to hit deadlines and quality targets. Drive continuous improvement to boost throughput and consistency. Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area. Hands-on experience operating and leading on Cincinnati press brakes. Strong mechanical troubleshooting ability and deep knowledge of press brake operations. Fluency reading blueprints and technical drawings. Clear communicator with proven leadership and coaching skills. Detail focus and pride in producing premium-quality work. Comfort working in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities. High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machining or a related field is a plus.
