Senior Scientific Recruitment Consultant Regional Sales Manager – Analytical Instrumentation (Central Germany) Take charge of growth across Central Europe with a leading name in analytical science. We’re seeking a proactive, technically minded Regional Sales Manager to drive sales of high-performance analytical instruments and solutions.

In this role, you will:

Develop and execute regional sales strategies to expand market share across key sectors.

Identify and engage new customers while strengthening relationships with existing accounts.

Manage sales through both direct and channel routes, ensuring strong territory coverage.

Collaborate closely with marketing and technical teams to deliver targeted campaigns and customer-focused solutions.

Maintain accurate forecasts, CRM data, and performance reports while representing the brand at events and trade shows.

We’re looking for a dynamic “hunter–gatherer” with:

Proven experience in technical or scientific sales, ideally within chromatography, mass spectrometry, or sample preparation.

Strong communication and negotiation skills with a passion for driving results.

A self-starting mindset and ability to travel frequently (>60%) across the region.

Fluent German and English language skills.
