MBA Leadership Program - Full Time Supply Chain Analyst - Class of 2026. Emerson’s MBA Leadership Program is a four-year, two-rotation experience designed to develop the next generation of senior leaders. We are seeking high-potential MBA candidates to start the program as a Strategic Supply Chain Analyst, a role focused on shaping Emerson’s business strategy while accelerating your career. Rotation 1 – Strategic Supply Chain Analyst
Begin your journey at Emerson’s global headquarters in St. Louis, Missouri. Join the Corporate Supply Chain team and contribute to high-visibility projects that support long-term growth and transformation. You will participate in leadership development programs, executive mentorship, and networking opportunities. In Rotation 1, Your Responsibilities Will Be
Initiate and execute strategic supply chain projects for Emerson leadership, including the COO Lead and support initiatives focused on digital transformation, Industrial IoT, and operational modernization Analyze global supply chain trends, risks, and opportunities to inform strategic decisions Identify and evaluate sourcing strategies, supplier partnerships, and network optimization opportunities Support the strategic planning process through prioritization, communication, implementation, and reporting Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and execution of supply chain strategies Rotation 2
We will identify a second role within one of Emerson’s business units that aligns with your skills, aspirations, and interests—offering strong opportunities for growth and advancement. You will continue development by leading initiatives that align with business goals, drive operational excellence, and support Emerson’s global supply chain strategy. In the Program, You Will Receive
