You close your day with thoughtful, timely follow-ups that move prospects through extended sales cycles—always with the grace and polish expected of a luxury brand.About REH InteriorsREH Interiors specializes in luxury home staging and interior design for properties of $3M across South Florida. Founded by former realtor turned design visionary, Margaret Schaffer, we transform spaces into sanctuaries that reflect beauty, connection, and possibility. Our staged properties function as mobile showrooms where clients fall in love with carefully curated furnishings and decor. We are expanding beyond traditional staging to create new revenue streams that harness our design expertise—because we believe beautiful environments elevate well-being and should be accessible through multiple touchpoints.How you’ll contribute
Cultivate and grow relationships within an assigned territory (West Palm to Vero Beach, Wellington, or Fort Lauderdale/Miami).
Lead consultative sales conversations with discerning clientele, real estate agents, and luxury property developers.
Build long-term partnerships through service-first, relationship-driven selling—not high-pressure tactics.
Provide expert guidance on staging and interior design solutions aligned to client objectives and property outcomes.
Partner with designers to craft tailored proposals and service recommendations.
Maintain meticulous CRM documentation and consistent follow-up to nurture extended cycles.
Represent our brand with the poise and professionalism expected in luxury markets.
Attend monthly team meetings in Boca Raton to synchronize strategy and share market intelligence.
Success milestones
First 90 days: Complete territory review, initiate key relationships, and master our offerings and value proposition.
6 months: Build a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities, hit early targets, and anchor our presence in your region.
1 year: Become the trusted REH advisor locally, achieve consistent monthly goals, and shape a strategy for territory growth.

Experience we’re seeking
3 years in luxury sales within high-end interiors, staging, real estate, or adjacent luxury sectors.
Deep understanding of luxury residential design, premium furnishings, and the expectations of discerning clientele.
Documented success meeting or surpassing sales targets using a consultative approach.
Strong CRM proficiency and pipeline management.
Located in—or ready to develop business within—West Palm Beach to Vero Beach, Wellington, or Fort Lauderdale/Miami.
For licensed real estate professionals: You’re willing to place your license in voluntarily inactive status to avoid conflicts with our real estate staging services.

Compensation & Benefits: 5000 – 10,000 per month
Typical range seen: $5,000 — $10,000/month (base performance bonuses), with uncapped potential above $20,000/month for top performers
