Sales Associate must have excellent customer service and communication skills, ability to work in a fast paced environment, a positive attitude, be reliable and trustworthy. Previous Jewelry and/or Watch Retail Sales or watch technician experience helpful but not essential, we will train the right Candidate. Flexible to cover Mall Hours, Work Weekends. Greeting customers when they walk through the door Building rapport through conversation and honest recommendations Ringing up sales and arranging for delivery or pick-up of the customer’s order if needed Informing customers of any extra charges if necessary Collaborating with fellow team members to keep the sales floor area clean and organized at all times
Job Description

Previous experience in jewelry and/or watch retail sales a plus but not required * Previous experience in watch repairs / technician a plus but not required Willingness to learn basic sales and processing of orders (training will be provided) Focus on greeting customers in a timely, professional and engaging manner Detail-oriented, results-driven, and a strong willingness to learn Organized and strong prioritization skills Ability to work a flexible schedule, weekends required Seniority level
