Senior Product Designer
to join a Fortune 100 digital innovation team. In this role, you’ll design and deliver high-quality, user-centered digital experiences for both internal applications and customer-facing platforms. You will collaborate with product owners, business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to ensure intuitive, effective, and consistent interfaces that meet both user needs and strategic business objectives. Responsibilities
Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences. Create design artifacts including wireframes, personas, journey maps, prototypes, and interface specifications. Conduct and apply user research to inform design decisions. Participate in design reviews and gain consensus across stakeholders. Balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints to deliver effective solutions. Advocate for best practices in user-centered design across the organization. Stay current with industry trends and emerging design innovations. Typical Day & Collaboration Work as part of a small UX team (2–3 designers) reporting to a product owner and collaborating closely with front-end and back-end dev leads. Engage with business partners across multiple business units, dealers, and end customers. Interact with Global Product Owners, Marketing/Product Support Managers, and Directors to align on experience strategies. Solve complex problems by evaluating multiple existing solutions and identifying the most effective path forward. Who We’re Looking For
Required Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience OR Master’s degree with 5+ years of experience. Minimum 3+ years of UX Design experience. Strong portfolio demonstrating design of complex, end-to-end digital environments. Proficiency in Figma and experience with other design tools such as Sketch or Adobe XD. Proven ability to work autonomously with product and engineering teams. Strong communication skills with the ability to ask insightful questions and drive alignment.
