Key Responsibilities
Lead planning, execution, and delivery of programs from initiation to closure.
Define program scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.
Manage interdependencies across multiple projects and ensure resource optimization.
Develop and maintain program timelines, budgets, and performance metrics.
Identify risks, issues, and dependencies; implement mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with stakeholders, executives, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.
Drive Agile/Waterfall practices as appropriate for program execution.
Prepare program status reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
Foster continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
7+ years of experience in program/project management, preferably in [industry: IT/Product/Operations].
Proven ability to manage large-scale, complex programs with multiple stakeholders.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence, or equivalent.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
