Cultivation Technician

Execute daily farming tasks within the Farm department to achieve weekly cultivation objectives. Report to Lead of Farm and Supervisor of Production. Essential Duties
Perform large‑scale cannabis cultivation tasks: farming, plant transfers, harvesting, and cultivation cleaning. Training on ergonomic positions, lifting, sitting, and data reporting. Work timely, safely, and accurately through scheduled shifts. Maintain cultivation areas, equipment, and materials. Assist other departments as needed. Training Requirements
Follow Lead of Farm and Supervisor of Production guidance. Engage proactively to achieve cultivation practices. Understand state compliance and leadership development. Workspace and Material Maintenance
Maintain cultivation and report malfunctions. Utilize equipment and supplies properly and report malfunctioning equipment. Sanitize and clean cultivation equipment and area. Communicate plant health concerns to Farm Manager. Compliance and Reporting
Follow Farm leadership laws and regulations. Support METRC tags and harvest batches. Track required information daily in Farm logs. Report and resolve compliance or safety mistakes. Supervision
Work under direct supervision of Lead of Farm and Supervisor of Production. Follow and obey company policies. Working Conditions
Use computer and/or hand tools while sitting or standing. Work in indoor agricultural and warehouse environment. Lift and move up to 50 lbs occasionally. Consistent on‑time attendance for 40‑hour week with possible overtime. Job Qualifications
Work Experience
Preferred at least 1 year of agricultural or manufacturing experience. Fast‑paced production environment experience. Consistent productivity and performance. Professional and respectful communication. Reasonable accommodations for disabilities.
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Preferred Skill Sets
Manufacturing or agricultural experience. Problem‑solving team player. Professional, quality, compliant, and safe decision making. Willing to take direction. Thrives in a fast paced environment.
