PharmaCann, Inc. operates production facilities and retail dispensaries for cannabis-based products in Illinois, New York, Massachusetts, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Colorado and Michigan. We are seeking an energetic, results‑driven Individual to join our growing team as an Advanced Farmer. Pay
Hourly starting at $19.00. Responsibilities
Guide and train Farm department members to maintain and garden cultivation. Accurately log paperwork and labels, ensuring legible records. Organize and secure all METRC tags. Understand workflow throughout cultivation areas. Follow leadership instructions to maintain and garden the farm. Manicure and defoliate plants to maintain health and optimize yields. Prepare and load tables. Transfer plants between facility areas at different growth stages. Scan METRC tags for newly loaded plants. Trellis tables with plants for proper growth. Build plant canopy with trellis to optimize growth. Harvest mature plants and transfer to Trim department. Clean and maintain all areas, equipment, and material throughout cultivation. Assist other departments (Trim, Cure, Packaging, IPM, Irrigation) as needed. Workspace & Material Maintenance
Guide and train Farm department members to maintain proper organization. Ensure organization and cleanliness of immediate work area. Participate in cleaning, sanitizing, and organizing efforts. Support leadership with efficient productivity when resetting a cultivation space. Follow equipment and supply cleaning SOPs. Compliance & Reporting
Follow state and federal compliance regulations. Report any compliance violations. Maintain compliance and safety through instructed procedures. Input METRC plant tag data as instructed. Supervision
Work under direct supervision of Supervisors and Manager of Farm. Lead, guide, and train farmers to assist supervisors, without disciplinary authority. Follow company policies and procedures. Working Conditions
Use computer and hand tools while sitting or standing for extended periods. Operate in manufacturing and warehouse environments. Wear cover‑all uniforms for protective layering. Kneel, bend, reach, rotate, and stoop regularly. Lift and move up to 50 lbs occasionally. Maintain consistent on‑time attendance for 40‑hour shifts with occasional overtime. Occasional travel by conventional means within the region. Qualifications
Preferred 3 months experience in a LivWell Production department. One year of work experience in a related industry. Experience in a fast‑paced production environment preferred. Demonstrated ability to consistently meet productivity and performance requirements. High attention to detail. Professional and respectful demeanor toward others. Knowledge and background in cannabis cultivation preferred. Education
