Sentara Heart Hospital in Norfolk, Virginia is seeking a Senior Echocardiographer to join the Non-invasive Lab Team. Shift: Part time - 8 hour shifts from 7:00am to 3:30pm. Call Required. Position Overview
The unit has 5 rooms for Echos. Echocardiographer will perform Echo and Stress Echo tests, Transesophageal (TEE) Echocardiogram, and Doppler ultrasound. Echocardiographer will work in Cardiac Non-Invasive Lab, EP and Cath Lab, OR, ICU and will also work with patients at the bedside. Required Education
Bachelor\'s Level Degree, Associate\'s Level Degree - CARDIOVASCULAR TECHNOLOGY OR High School Diploma. Echo Tech experience in lieu of education: Yes Licenses and Certifications
Basic Life Support Required Adult echocardiography registry (ARDMS, RDCS or RCS) required within 12 months of hire. Other
