Engineer III - Mechanic at
L'Auberge Baton Rouge . Responsibilities
Maintain and repair refrigerator equipment, boilers, and electrical, plumbing, and HVAC equipment. Fabricate, repair, and maintain equipment such as mechanical devices, motors, and pumps throughout the facility. Respond to maintenance requests in a courteous, timely, and expert manner. Assist in the installation, removal, or relocation of electronic equipment according to established priorities. Repair and install structural woodwork and equipment; prepare wall surfaces for painting and wall coverings to ensure proper operation according to schedules and standards. Perform upholstery work on hotel and casino chairs, sofas, gaming tables/layouts, restaurant booths, and equipment as needed. Install and maintain tile, marble floors, carpet, and carpet tiles. Conduct preventative maintenance checks on electronic equipment including fire alarms and satellite systems to fix potential problems before they cause downtime. Perform maintenance painting and carpentry to meet specifications. Qualifications
Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license. Demonstrated journeyman-level experience and/or training. Ability to obtain a valid EPA refrigerant handlers card. Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with building management systems. Stationary Engineers license is desirable but not required. Employment details
