What You’ll Do: Oversee all aspects of quality control, inspection, and testing to ensure world-class standards. Develop and enhance the Quality Management System in alignment with IATF 16949, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001, and other key standards. Lead and mentor the quality team, cultivating a culture of accountability, problem-solving, and continuous learning. Analyze metrics (PPM, scrap, COQ, systems compliance) and report findings to drive strategic improvements. Collaborate with suppliers to ensure incoming materials meet strict requirements and build stronger supplier partnerships. Partner with production, engineering, and logistics teams to align quality objectives across the organization. Champion customer focus by addressing feedback, improving satisfaction, and ensuring flawless product delivery. Lead audits, inspections, and APQP activities, ensuring compliance and driving corrective/preventive actions. What You Bring: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality management, or related field. 5+ years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing setting. Strong knowledge of quality systems and tools (Six Sigma, Lean, SPC, APQP, PPAP). Proven leadership experience with the ability to build, motivate, and lead high-performing teams. Excellent problem-solving and root cause analysis skills, with a passion for continuous improvement. Familiarity with industry standards and compliance requirements (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, etc.). Certifications such as ASQ Certified Quality Manager or Six Sigma Black Belt are a strong plus.
