Eddy Visiting Nurse & Rehab Association has a rewarding opportunity for a Per Diem RN to join our home care team. This is a dynamic position working directly with an interdisciplinary team in the homecare setting. Must have 1 year prior experience in acute care, rehab, or homecare. Candidates must be organized, able to teach, and be willing to travel from patient to patient. Responsibilities

Care for ONE PATIENT AT A TIME. Address the whole patient and experience appreciation for the impact on their wellbeing. Help patients become independent with their treatments and self-management of their chronic illness(es). Once trained, enjoy the independence of starting and ending your day from home. Be on the front-line of the transitions in health care from inpatient settings to the community – home health care is the future. Requirements

1 year RN acute care, rehab or homecare experience Valid NYS RN licensure Valid NYS DMV Licensure Eddy VNRA provides a comprehensive orientation to home health care. Employment Details

Employment type: Part-time Shift: Day Shift Hours: Monday to Friday, typically 8am to 4pm. Hours and days can be flexible. Minimal weekend and holiday rotations. Compensation

Pay Range: $36.50 - $49.95. Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location. Support and Culture
